INJECTOR WARRANTY 

Performance Injection Systems supplies a full two year warranty for NEW Powerstroke injectors (levels 1-4).

Remanufactured injectors come with a full year warranty (levels 1-4).

All other model injectors are considered for competition use and only come with 25% warranty.

Said warranty covers each injector from parts defect and workmanship.  This warranty does not cover damages caused by dirty oil or other contaminates.

It is the understanding of the purchaser that products purchased from P.I.S. are performance products that the factory warranty will not cover.  In fact these products if installed could void any remaining warranty offered on purchasers vehicle. 

P.I.S. will not cover any fees paid for installation, removal, hotel stay or rental car charges that my be endured during vehicle down time.  If an injector is found to be problematic due to purchasers error repairs will be made at purchasers expense.

P.I.S. does expect prompt return of injector(s) for warranty repair.

Core returns are given 21 days from the date of purchase to be returned.

If for any reason your cores are not returned within that 21 day period and no other arrangements have been made prior, your core refund will be denied. 

If you need to fill a warranty claim, you must contact P.I.S. and purchase a warranty injector.  When your injector in question is returned and inspected you will receive a refund on that purchase if the problem is of a faulty component.  If the fualt is found to be from the purchaser, no refund will be issued.
